Can we just say that before 2013 the recycling marketplace was a little like a Carnival cruise. It was open to everyone, filled with excitement, featuring numerous stops around the globe, and
showcasing beautiful outlets. People were enjoying themselves, and returns from recycling had transformed into profit centers and beneficial budget line items. This was the period before the era of the green fence.
